There is new testimony on day four of Michael Bever's murder trial. Bever is charged with five counts of murder in the deaths of his parents and three siblings. He is also charged with the attempted murder of one of two surviving sisters.
A trauma nurse from Saint Francis who treated Michael's sister after the attack has been testifying Wednesday. She says when the sister woke up after surgery, she couldn't talk because there was a tube in her throat. Instead, she wrote a note to the nurse.
The note said, "mom, dad, two sisters, two brothers." The nurse says the sister then wrote "two brothers did this" and pointed to her stomach wounds.

The nurse also testified the sister wrote another note asking how her 2-year-old baby sister was, and the nurse told her she was safe. They didn't tell her at that time that her five family members were dead because they were afraid she wasn't strong enough and wanted to wait until they had clergy in the room.
Wednesday afternoon, a Broken Arrow Police Officer testified about things Michael Bever said to a doctor when Bever was getting checked out for a dog bite to his shoulder.
The officer said Bever told the doctor his family members had been stabbed and were dead. The officer said Bever told the doctor he thought the plan was a joke until Robert did it.
The officer said Bever told the doctor, he had to go along with it so Robert wouldn’t turn on him, so he stabbed someone. The officer said the doctor asked Bever why he ran, and Bever said to get away from police.
The officer said Bever showed no remorse during the conversation. The officer said Bever told the doctor, it got a little crazy and my family is dead.
The officer said Bever told the doctor he and Robert wanted to be more famous than the Columbine shooters and the Aurora theatre shooter.
