LUTHER, Oklahoma – The Oklahoma County Sheriff's office is investigating a home invasion that took place this morning in Luther.
Sheriff's deputies responded to an attempted home invasion call at about 10 a.m. where the owner shot the suspects. Deputies arrived to the home in the 17500 block of E. Memorial Road and discovered that the victim had been asleep when two men forced their way inside the victims' home.
The victim armed confronted the two men inside his house with a handgun. One of the suspects fled the scene on foot the second suspect was able to run outside to a white truck.
The victim fired at least two rounds at the pickup striking the windshield, and the passenger side window of the pickup.
Deputies caught the suspect who took off on foot, 30-year-old Jason Locklear, shortly after the incident. Deputies are still searching for the second suspect, 32-year-old Jason Davis. Davis is described as a white male, 5'8" weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. The truck in which Davis fled in is a white Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck.
