Thunder Visits Sand Springs Middle School

The Oklahoma City Thunder visited kids at Clyde Boyd Middle School in Sand Springs.

Some tall guests visited a Sand Springs classroom to drop off a special surprise to one teacher's class. The team presented Jannet Johnson's eighth-grade students at Clyde Boyd Middle School with a new pair of Nikes.

They also brought $5,000 worth of technology.

Johnson was selected as the Thunder Stat-Lab powered by Chesapeake Energy winner for the month of November for participating in the Thunder's educational program.
