Jenks Unveils New City Flag Design

A new Jenks flag is now hanging the city hall.

Mariah Scott, who is a Jenks alumna, won a contest put on by the Jenks Chamber of Commerce this summer to create a new Jenks flag. The City Council approved the flag last month.

Scott's design is inspired by the city's levy system, the school system and has five stars on the flag, which represent the city of Jenks being founded in 19-05 and the word "Jenks" is comprised of five letters.
