Fire Breaks Out At Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa firefighters responded to an apartment fire near 61st and Peoria. Video from Osage SkyNews 6 HD showed smoke coming from the second floor of River Glenn Townhomes around 6 p.m. Thursday.

Tulsa Police were investigating a shooting nearby and spotted the smoke, calling it in.

The fire damaged a second floor apartment and the roof in one building of the complex. Tulsa firefighters said no one was at home in the apartment when the fire started in a second floor bedroom.

There is smoke damage to other units. No one was injured, TFD said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
