Nordam Celebrates 50 Years In The Aerospace Community

Tulsa's NORDAM is celebrating 50 years in the aerospace industry.

The family-owned manufacturing and repair company was founded on this day in 1969. NORDAM manufactures and overhauls parts for military and commercial aircraft.

NORDAM, Airbus Celebrate Delivery Of 100,000th Cabin Window

The company announced last month that the Washington D-C based Carlyle Group is buying into the company. That will help fix NORDAM'S debt problems and allow it to exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which it filed last summer.
