A Tulsa man who investigators say turned himself in for strangling his wife to death is now charged with murder.

Tulsa Man Calls Police, Claims To Have Strangled Woman To Death

Prosecutors filed the charges against Brandon Smith on Monday.

Investigators say a week ago he called the police to tell them he and Cynthia Mayfield got into a fight and that he had choked her to death.
