Tulsa Police have arrest two brothers accused of molesting kids at a Tulsa daycare.
News On 6 first told you about this investigation in December when kids accused 21-year-old Charles Burts Jr. and 19-year-old Malcolm Burts of touching them inappropriately at Tiny Tots Learning Spot. Child Crisis detectives said they have interviewed more than 30 children, all under the age of 7.
They say there are four victims at this point.
The victims told detectives Charles and Malcolm Burts would touch them in the baby room while the other kids were sleeping. They say one of the brothers was also sending sexually explicit messages through social media to a 10-year-old girl, who used to attend the daycare.
Records show this is the second time allegations like this have surfaced at Tiny Tots. Last time, it was a different location but still owned by the suspects' parents.

In 2016, an 11-year-old girl and her 8-year-old sister said they were touched inappropriately at the daycare, then allowed to play on the suspect's phone. DHS child welfare found the claims to be unsubstantiated and took no action.
Both brothers are now charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor.
"When parents send their child to a daycare center they trust that they are going to be taken care of and kept safe and nurtured. Unfortunately, in this case, that is not what happened," said Corporal Mark Kraft.
Kraft said the abuse lasted anywhere from two to three years. He says there weren't red flags or warning signs the parents of these victims could have seen ahead of time. He encourages parents to talk to their kids about good and bad touching.
