A 2018 candidate for Oklahoma Attorney General is now being sued by the federal government.
Gentner Drummond and his Osage County ranch are being sued for spreading herbicide that killed more than 40,000 trees on government land.
Drummond released a statement to the associated press saying the government is acting, "contrary to wildlife management and natural range development."
