Tulsa County Fugitive Arrested After Cutting Ankle Monitor Off

A Tulsa County man is in jail after the Department of Corrections says he cut his ankle monitor off last week.

ODOC said David Wayne McCullough, 47, was serving multiple sentences for burglary, car theft, assault and battery on a police officer, and drug possession.

They said McCullough had a history of being violent with police and has threatened "suicide by cop" before.
