Students are already beginning to leave Tulsa's Langston Hughes Academy.
The state Department of Education plans to close the academy at the end of the school year and will pull the school's accreditation no later than the end of June.
The charter school has been accused of inappropriate staff behavior as well as grade tampering.
The department says it will develop a plan to transition students to other schools.
