Platt College Offers Help To Students After Vatterott Suddenly Closes

Platt College says its opening its doors to those impacted by the sudden closure of Vatterott College.

Platt's director of admissions says the school will be visiting with students one-on-one Wednesday to talk about finishing their degrees and help them get their transcripts.

This comes just two days after the for-profit school suddenly closed all of its campuses nationwide leaving students wondering what would happen next.

"Shows how much you care about your students ... not even a warning ... just throw them aside. It's all about money I guess," said student Tyler Gonzalez

Platt College says it wants to interview faculty and staff who lost their jobs at Vatterott to see if there's a place for them at Platt. The college is also hosting information sessions Thursday and Friday.
