The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office says the man who died after being tased repeatedly by Tulsa Police had methamphetamine in his system.
The ME's office says the cause of death for Joshua Harvey was "cardiac arrest due to methamphetamine toxicity in the setting of physical exertion/restraint."
The office says the manner of death is unknown but it says the final report is not ready yet.

Tulsa Police tased Harvey after encountering him at the Arvest Bank at 5th and Main in downtown Tulsa on August 24, 2018. Body camera video from police showed officers began using their Tasers after he broke the glass door and got into the bank.
Officers had responded to multiple calls about a man screaming in the street at 6th and Main. When officers tried to take him into custody, he ran to the Arvest Bank at 5th and Main and tried to open the glass door, breaking it and showering himself with glass.

Harvey died three days later.
