Students From Israel Visit Tulsa

Six students from Israel are visiting Tulsa, and their hosts are TPS students and their families.

Six students from Israel are visiting Tulsa, and their hosts are TPS students and their families. They arrived at midnight and joined Carver Middle School students for breakfast Thursday morning.

They are from Nofarim School in Tiberias, a sister city of Tulsa. They say they plan on visiting Gathering Place, Rhema Lights, Winterfest and more.

"I want to see like everything from all of these places that they are talking about from the movies. Places like Taco Bell and WalMart and all these kind of places," said Yanay Hadad, Tiberias resident.

In March, TPS says they will send six students to Tiberias, who will all stay with Israeli families.
