Suspects Arrested In Tulsa's 5th Homicide Of 2018

Tulsa police have arrested two suspects for the murder of Troy Smith in February 2018.

Police say Larry Collins and William Johnson were stopped by officers on February 21, 2018, and were arrested after being found in possession of a firearm.

The investigation continued and, according to police, there was sufficient evidence to arrest Collins for first degree murder and Johnson for accessory to murder.
