TIA Remains Open But Some Flights Are Canceled

While roadways in Green Country are slick, ice has not yet caused serious problems for runways at Tulsa International Airport.

TIA says the runways were pre-treated and ground conditions are still warm at the airport.

Some airlines, however, have decided to cancel their flights.  Southwest Airlines, for instance, has canceled several incoming and outgoing flights.

If you are expecting to fly out of TIA, please check that flight's status before heading out onto the slick streets.
