City Council To Vote On North Tulsa Development

A new development could be coming to a North Tulsa neighborhood 

The area near Main Street and North Latimer is in the process of being re-zoned for mixed use.

The plan is for 14 single-family lots along with commercial and residential space.

The Tulsa city council is scheduled to vote to approve the plan on February 7th.
