A convicted sex offender is dead after he stabbed a Sequoyah County deputy in Muldrow.
The sheriff's office said they were serving a warrant on Phillip Trammel when he fought with deputies.
One deputy was stabbed and they shot and killed Trammel.
The deputy was not seriously hurt.
