Man Accused Of Assaulting Tulsa Detention Officer Faces Charges

The Tulsa County district attorney approved charges against Maurice Younger for assaulting a detention officer at Tulsa County's jail.

Younger pleaded guilty to six Tulsa robberies in 2014.

A judge reduced the 15-year sentence to five-years deferred and released Younger.

Police arrested him just two months later for several home invasions and rape.

Now, the DA says Younger bloodied the face of a 21-year-old detention officer.
