Man Dead After Delaware County Wreck

A man is dead after a fatal wreck in Delaware County.

Troopers are investigating after David Jones ran off Highway 20, just two miles of east of Jay, before rolling over this afternoon. 

First responders say Jones was pinned for 20 minutes before they could free him.

Jones later died at the hospital.
