The Broken Arrow Fire Department would like to invite us to join in its 'Toys for Tots' campaign; you might even get to meet Captain Christmas.
At Broken Arrow Fire Station number 6, holiday spirit is everywhere you look - trucks are all decked out, and they’ve even got a palm tree with lights.
They're having a toy drive, and the guy in charge is named appropriately enough - Captain Shaun Christmas.
"We're looking for people to come by the fire station and drop off a toy for kids," he said.
They've gotten off to a pretty good start.
There are seven fire stations in Broken Arrow and you can drop off toys at any one.
Christmas said, "Go to the shelf, pick up a little extra toy, whatever you can afford, bring it in and make a difference in someone's life."
If you bring your kids, they'll get a tour of the fire station. And, if you come on the right day, you may get to meet Captain Christmas.
The toy drive runs through December 18th, then, the Toys for Tots folks will pick them up for distribution.
