Police: 'Serial Shoplifter' Taking Women's Underwear Injures Woman Before Arrest

Tulsa police arrest a man they call a "serial shoplifter." 

Friday, officers arrested William Mitchell at the Walmart on Memorial.

Investigators said store security spotted him taking women's underwear, and when they confronted Mitchell he knocked an 80-year-old woman to the ground.

The woman was taken to the hospital by EMSA.

According to jail records, this is Mitchell's second larceny arrest so far this month.
