Tanker Carrying Flour Overturns On Tulsa Highway Ramp

Tanker Carrying Flour Overturns On Tulsa Highway Ramp

A semi truck flipped over on the ramp to northbound Highway 75 from eastbound Interstate 244 Saturday. It happened just before 12:30 p.m., and emergency crews are responding.

The ramp is closed down because of the overturned tanker.

Tulsa Fire Department and EMSA responded. Fire crews had to figure out a different way to get to the crash because it was on the on-ramp. They had to back a fire truck up the ramp to the semi.

The driver is OK, according to OHP.

Troopers say they are waiting for clean-up crews to right the tanker, so the entrance ramp will be closed for some time.
