OSBI: Altercation Leads To Fatal Wagoner Shooting

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate a homicide in Wagoner.   

OSBI's Jessica Brown says police were called to the 900 block of Arthur Street at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday.

Brown said there was some sort of altercation outside a home and a 23-year-old man was shot.  She says the victim was first taken to a Wagoner hospital then flown to a Tulsa hospital where Eric Daniel Hummingbird, of Wagoner was pronounced dead.  

A short time later, the OSBI said police arrested Jacob Ode, 17, of Wagoner and booked him into the Wagoner County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.
