Ahead of Veterans Day, a concert was held on Sunday at the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center.

"A Salute to Veterans" was performed by the Fort Sill 77th Army Band.

Known as The Pride of Fort Sill, they performed a variety of music, including patriotic tunes, as well as music historically connected to different wars.

Money raised at the concert benefits the Military History Center in Broken Arrow.

"Broken Arrow is a patriotic community,” U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino said. “All you have to do is come to any of the parades or see the amount of traffic we get into the museum.”

The museum just moved into a new location in Broken Arrow. For more information on the new location, click here.
