Man Charged In 2013 Tulsa Murder Turns Himself In

Police say a Tulsa man charged in connection with the 2013 shooting death of another Tulsa man turned himself in Wednesday morning.  

Jordan Mitchell, 21, was initially charged in the death of Christian Dehart, 22, on September 27, 2013.  He was arrested in Muskogee two months later, but that murder charged was later dismissed.  

On August 11, the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office refiled the case, charging Mitchell with first-degree murder.  

Jordan Mitchell was booked into the Tulsa County jail and is being held on a $500,000 bond with a court appearance set for August 25.
