Rogers County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man who reportedly sold drugs to an informant, then attempted to hire the buyer as a babysitter for his autistic child.

According to the RSCO, 25-year-old Branden Wayne Fisher, who goes by the nickname "Mr. Tiny," was arrested in a room at the Hampton Inn near Catoosa on Dec. 30.

Deputies said they had an informant make arrangements to buy 50 methadone tablets from Fisher at the motel. When Fisher arrived, he was accompanied by his wife and 4-year-old autistic child, according to a RCSO spokesperson.

A deputy hid inside a closet while the video-monitored transaction took place.

"I heard Branden state to my informant 'f*** with this kind of room, they had better give you a table to do a drug deal on,'" and he laughed, the arresting deputy wrote.

He said he could hear the child playing in the room as Fisher talked about how "he was going to fix a blunt for them to smoke," and money was exchanged for the methadone pills, the deputy said.

Fisher then asked the informant if he would babysit the child while he and his wife "partied."

Deputies arrested Fisher, who reportedly was in possession of three pill bottles -- one containing a green leafy substance, one containing 47 methadone pills and one containing Lortab pills. A Xanax pill and drug paraphernalia were found in a bag he was carrying, deputies said.

Fisher is being held at the Rogers County Jail for possession of a controlled substance within a 1,000 feet of a school.
