Two crashes on Highway 169 in Tulsa snarled northbound traffic Monday morning.
The first crash happened just before 7 a.m. near the 41st Street exit.
Tulsa Police say a car struck a motorcycle in the outside lane. EMSA says its crew transported the 28-year-old motorcycle rider to St. John Medical Center in fair condition.
A short time later, a second crash occurred further south on 169 at the merger of the Broken Arrow Expressway.
Police say two cars were involved. EMSA took a 42-year-old woman to Hillcrest, two other people were treated at the scene.
The crashes backed up northbound traffic on 169 to the Creek Turnpike and also affected traffic on the Broken Arrow Expressway.
By 8:30 a.m. both crash scenes had been cleared and traffic started moving again.
