Four Tulsa Police Officers Honored With Promotions

Tulsa police honored four of their own Tuesday afternoon during a promotion ceremony at the civic center.

Robert Heidlage, Darren Froemming, Victor Regalado, and Brett Bilyeu all received a promotion for their accomplishments with the department.

Corporal Bilyeu was promoted to sergeant. The 17-year veteran is proud to see his hard work pay off.

"It feels good, but at the same time, it's humbling. I recognize the challenge I have before me and I look forward to meeting those challenges," said Sergeant Brett Bilyeu, TPD.

Bilyeu is following in his father's footsteps. His dad also served on the Tulsa Police Department for 37 years.
