Prosecutors have added another charge against a former OSU student accused of the sexual battery of other students.
Nathan Cochran, 22, already faces three counts of sexual battery and a fourth count was filed Friday.
Court documents relating to the three previous charges allege Cochran molested two other male students while they were asleep. According to the affidavits, those incidents took place in November 2011 and August 15, 2012.
The new charge relates to an incident that happened on August 11, 2012, court records show.

Following a university investigation, Cochran was suspended from the school for three years, and was ordered not to contact the alleged victims.
The university told police about potential sex crimes 18 days after it first was made aware of them.
School officials said federal privacy laws prohibited them from telling investigators.
The university has said there were as many as five alleged victims.
