Tulsa Man Charged In Child Pornography Case, Second Woman Arrested

A Tulsa man, arrested twice in seven days on complaints he used Craigslist to solicit child pornography and other obscene material, was formally charged Thursday. A Glenpool woman was also arrested Thursday afternoon, after she was charged in connection with the case.

Court documents show that Ricky Lewis, 31, was charged with eight felony counts, including procuring and attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography, manufacturing, distribution, and aggravated possession of child pornography, as well as two counts of manufacture of obscene material and one count of use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime.

Police said a forensic investigation of Lewis's cell phone showed that he sent messages to women he met on Craigslist, asking them to send graphic photos of children. They also found text messages Lewis sent to people he met on Craigslist, describing the sex acts he wanted to perform on children, even asking them to send explicit photos of their children.

According to the court documents, Lewis possessed 100 or more images of child pornography on his computer. Police said Lewis also had photographs of himself engaging in sexual conduct with a dog.

The court documents charges list three different children involved in some way.

One woman Lewis corresponded with, Sally Deupree, 55, was charged with attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography. A warrant was issued and she was arrested Thursday afternoon.

According to court documents, Deupree, received naked photographs of a two-year-old girl and corresponded with Lewis about him engaging in sexual activity with the child, and asking him to tape it and send the video to her.

Deupree's bond was set at $1.5 million.

A Vinita woman, Brittiny Linne Dick, 21, was also arrested Friday.

Investigators said Lewis sent messages to Dick saying he would exchange graphic photos of a young boy and propositioned her to commit sexual acts with that child. Police said Dick also sent Lewis several graphic photos of a nude toddler.

Dick was booked into the Craig County jail on complaints of manufacturing child pornography and lewd molestation. According to an arrest report, she is being held without bond. Charges have not yet been filed against her.

Lewis remains in a Tulsa County jail on a $130,000 bond.
