TULSA, Oklahoma -- A former EMSA paramedic was charged with raping a co-worker at the EMSA headquarters in Tulsa.
Court records say the victim told police Chad McDaniel sexually assaulted her in March at the office on North Lansing.
She says it happened in March, but the charge of rape by instrumentation wasn't filed until July. He's pleaded not guilty.
EMSA says McDaniel worked there for 8 years, first as a paramedic, then doing office work. He hasn't worked there since March and they say patient safety was never affected.
