MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A judge has ordered a mental evaluation for the Oklahoma man accused of planting a homemade bomb on a natural gas pipeline.

Daniel Herriman, 40, pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday, but the FBI says he called 911 last week and admitted he planted the bomb.

Agents claim Herriman told them he set the device to go off at 2 a.m. on August 8, 2011.

The device was found two days later and disabled. Investigators still don't have a motive.
