Police say there was no sign of forced entry into his apartment. Police believe Ney knew his killer.

Investigators say Ney may have been involved in illicit narcotic use and sales. Ney was last seen at Oz, a Tulsa head shop, the morning hours of July 12, 2011.

According to the Oz's Facebook page, Ney worked there until 2010. The Facebook posting called Ney a "funny and loving young man who loved with his ''whole'' heart."

Police say the family is willing to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect in this murder.
