BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma – The city of Broken Arrow is warning residents about a possible problem with the city's water supply, after bacteria was detected during recent tests.
The city said Friday that two tests on the water came back positive for E.coli and the technician who collected them went home sick.
But, the city said another employee collected samples for more tests and those tests came back normal.
Workers will perform more tests over the next few days.
Higgins said all water customers were notified via phone calls on Friday and will receive a notification in the mail next week.
