STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Cowboys have signed defensive back Malcolm Murray to a national letter of intent, head coach Mike Gundy announced today.
The 6-foot-2 205-pounds safety from California will enroll at OSU in January and participate in spring drills. Murray will have three years of eligibility for the Cowboys.
Murray is a native of Los Angeles, Calif., was once committed to Oregon, and attended Junipero Sierra High School. He spent a redshirt year at Weber State and played as a freshman in 2009 at Mount San Antonio College. His two fourth-quarter interceptions helped the Mounties capture the junior college national championship.
