TULSA, Oklahoma – A Tulsa judge has declared a mistrial in the trial of a man charged with first-degree murder.
Darrell Steven King is charged with the death of Mark Williams in 2007. Williams was scheduled to testify in the murder case of Lyndell Dabney.
Tulsa County District Judge Carlos Chappelle declared a mistrial after a police officer mentioned the Department of Corrections in his testimony.
