TAHLEQUAH, OK -- A Tahlequah business owner has been identified as the victim in a building fire early Saturday morning in the Cherokee County community.

Assistant State Fire Marshal Joanne Sellers says Jewely Lynn Harrington's body was found in the rubble at her business, Jewely's Pet Grooming at Bluff and Downing in Tahlequah.

Sellers says the fire destroyed the building.

The state Medical Examiner's Office says the cause of death is smoke inhalation.

An investigation into the cause of the fire continues, but Sellers says they've determined the fire started above a ceiling on the east end of the building.

Sellers says they do not consider the cause to be suspicious.

Tahlequah Fire asked for and received mutual aid from the Keys, Gideon and Woodall Fire Departments.
