TULSA, OK -- A 75-year-old Tulsa man with possible dementia has been located, according to Tulsa Police. Norris Clifford Broad Sr. was found in Kansas.
Broad was reported missing after leaving his residence in the 7100 block of East Marshall Place Friday morning.
