CLAREMORE, OK -- Rogers County Sheriff's deputies say a man showed up in court for his drunk driving arrest on Tuesday, but he was so drunk, they took him straight to a Claremore hospital.
James Lee has previous convictions for public drunk, driving with an open container and with a suspended license.
Sheriff's deputies say his blood alcohol level measured .31 on their portable breathalyzer.
Once Lee leaves the hospital, deputies plan to book him into the Rogers County jail on a public drunk complaint.
