GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico (AP) - Robert Jarvis scored 34 points and Oral Roberts defeated South Florida 86-63 on Monday.
The win snapped a 5-game losing streak for the Golden Eagles (3-10), who shot 63.6% from beyond the 3-point arc (7 for 11). Jarvis, who had 18 points at halftime, went 7 of 8 from 3-point range.
Marcus Lewis led the Golden Eagles with 23 points. Lewis finished 8 of 12 from the field and 7 of 17 from the free-throw line.
A day after shooting 27.6% from the field (13 of 48) in a 60-43 loss to Wright State 60-43, South Florida (4-7) was just 21 for 57 in its final game of the San Juan Shootout. The Bulls were also 5 of 19 from 3-point range.
Jesus Verdejo led the Bulls with 18 points, followed by 11 points from Augustus Gilchrist.
