Local News Anchor Arrested For DUI

A local television news anchor is arrested for drunken driving. Jerry Giordano was arrested in Midtown for hit-and-run and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Police documents indicate a neighbor heard a crash and watched Giordano speed away. According to the police report, Giordano admitted he was drinking beer and said, "I know I am drunk."

Giordano was released on bail Friday night.
