Missing Man

Vinita Police are seeking the public's help in locating a 54-year old Vinita man who went missing from a residential care facility last weekend. 

Vinita assistant police chief Barry Armstrong says Robert Livers Jr. has severe medical problems.  Armstrong says Livers is probably very disoriented.
