Chris Howell

Chris Howell is a career photojournalist with more than 20 years experience in stage, film and video production. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in mass communications from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts where he specialized in film and television production.

Howell worked as a corporate television director for the J.C. Penney Company at their home office in Plano, Texas. He then moved to Tyler, Texas and accepted a photojournalist position with KLTV where he worked for six years.

A self-described ‘humanist,' Howell likes to craft his stories around people and the wonderful things that they do. He also has an adventurous spirit and loves the outdoors, skiing and especially paragliding. Howell is excited to be living in Oklahoma exploring the abundant beauty of Green Country, as well as meeting the many wonderful people with whom he has a shared ancestry.
