A meth lab may be to blame for a fire early Monday that heavily damaged a Tulsa duplex.

Tulsa Police responded to a disturbance call at 12th and Zunis around 1:30 AM Monday. They found one side of a duplex on fire.

Crews quickly put out the flames. No one was living on that side of the duplex, but there is evidence of a possible meth lab which may have sparked the fire.

Damage is estimated at $5,000. No one has been arrested.
