(Norman-AP) -- A valuable member of the Norman Police Department is missing.

``Rock,'' a Belgian Malinois police dog, was last seen in northeast Norman on November 10th.

Police say the dog, which looks like a German shepherd with floppy ears, is neutered and weighs about 64 pounds.

He has brown and dark brown coloring and is wearing a black nylon collar and a steel choke collar.

Norman Police spokeswoman Jennifer Newell says the dog is not vicious and is very valuable to the police department.
