The News on 6 was the only station there when a Tulsa teen was arrested after police say he stole a car.

Catoosa Police officers were called about a stolen Grand Prix around 6 AM Wednesday. They spotted the car on I-44, and stopped the 17-year-old driver. Catoosa Police Sgt Ronnie Benight, â€œsaid his friends had left him in Inola, he was walking back to Tulsa and found a vehicle someone had left the keys in. Thought it might be a quick way to get back to Tulsa.â€

The teen was taken to the Rogers County jail in Claremore. Charges are pending.
