Charges are pending in an accident north of Sapulpa that killed two people.

Authorities say the driver of a pick-up truck pulled onto highway 97 in front of an SUV. The SUV clipped the truck, and rolled several times. Two people in the SUV were thrown from the vehicle, they died.

Their names haven't been released. The driver of the SUV is hospitalized; the driver of the pickup wasn't hurt.
