A bill to make milk Oklahoma's official state beverage is on the way to the House. It passed the Senate 44-to-1.

The lone no vote came from Grover Campbell of Owasso. He says the Senate has better things to do.

Others don't agree, saying the state should do everything it can to promote its dairy industry.
