Two Tulsa teenagers are charged with shooting a 4-year-old boy with a paint ball.

Tulsa Police arrested a 17-year-old and 19-year-old Justin Morrison on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon. Officers say the teenagers fractured two of the 4-year-old's ribs when they shot him in the chest from their car Wednesday night.

The pair was arrested when a citizen chased down their car after a similar incident later that night.
